Since 1939 the agency has established a reputation for providing high quality service to our clients. This reputation continues because of our employees' care for clients, co-workers and the agency. In return, the agency maintains a desire to provide employment and advancement opportunities for employees as we continue to grow.

This handbook has been provided to help acquaint you with agency policies, and to serve as a guide. It should be consulted throughout your employment. It has been designed to provide you with basic information about the United Way of King County, but it is not intended to answer every question on all topics. For additional information, talk to your immediate supervisor, the Human Resources Department or refer to the policies and procedures manual.
