This is a brief guide to a number of things that can go wrong with the AS/400.

The system has stopped responding.

• Has the system been slow all day? - if it has, you may just need to give it a little more time. If it still doesn't respond in an acceptable length of time, contact Bill (5225) or Sandra (5228) and report the problem.
• If the system has not been solw all day, call Bill (5225) or Sandra (5228) and report the problem

There is nothing on the screen and the curser is in the top left corner. Your computer is no longer talking to the AS/400. Shut your system off, turn off the power for 10 seconds, and restart the system. You should be able to reconnect to the AS/400. If not call WBill (5225) or Sandra (5228) and report the problem.
